Are you a dedicated server provider, VPS/VDS provider or Server Management company interested in reselling InterWorx-CP with your products and services? If so, the InterWorx-CP Reseller Partner Program is for you, please keep reading!
Thank you for your interest in the InterWorx-CP Reseller Partner Program. Becoming an InterWorx-CP Authorized Reseller has many benefits and a few important responsibilities.
Benefits of Becoming a Reseller:
Receive competitive, tiered discounts on all of your InterWorx-CP license keys (both leased and owned) with a minimal 10 license commit for the first tier. The more you sell the more you save! (You are billed monthly and your cost per license is based upon the total number of each type of licenses you have in your account.)
Your own My.IWorx login account to conveniently manage all of your license keys. Order and cancel keys as well as change the IP they are bound to all from one convenient interface without having to contact our sales department directly.
35 domain license keys are only available to resellers. Lower the control panel costs by more than 50%* for those customers who do not need an unlimited domain license!
VPS/VDS licenses keys are only available to resellers. Lower the control panel costs (aproxomately) 70%* for those customers who are not using full blown dedicated servers!
Receive direct support from the InterWorx-CP developers themselves and other support personnel to assist with resolving your and your client’s issues.
*Savings based upon the cost of an Unlimited Domain InterWorx-CP license or that of a comperably priced compedator.
Responsibilities of Being a Reseller:
You are required to install, configure, and maintain the InterWorx-CP software for your clients.
You are expected to provide all direct support to your clients. Should you run into any InterWorx specific problems that you can’t solve, feel free to open a ticket with us and our professional staff will assist you in resolving it.
Maintain minimum license counts as spelled out in the InterWorx-CP Reseller Partner Agreement, if you go below these you will be charged full price for your licenses.
You must keep your account paid and current or risk loosing your reseller status.
Please prominently display the InterWorx logo on your website to advertise that you offer our product (special Authorized Reseller Partner Logos).
You are expected to report suspected bugs in the InterWorx software by opening a support ticket or emailing bugs@interworx.com
Signing Up to Become A Reseller
If you are interested in becoming an InterWorx-CP Authorized Reseller, please request a copy of the InterWorx-CP Authorized Reseller Partner Agreement, which will detail pricing and a more formal explanation of the program requirements, by emailing partners@interworx.com.
This page is intended to give you an outline of the benefits and responsibilities of being a Reseller Partner, it DOES NOT replace the formal InterWorx-CP Reseller Partner Agreement (agreement). Should a conflict occur between the two, the agreement takes precedence.
